Individual Nutrition Consultation - 90 min
We will take a deep dive into your history, goals, concerns, and way forward. As a functional health practitioner, I will review your unique case and provide holistic feedback for you to maximize your health and wellness.
Individual access to me through phone, text and email, weekly check-ins, progress updates and tools, live calls for plan adjustments, troubleshooting, coaching, and strategy.
